Commission Work & Custom Printing

Hoping to make a print project come to life?
We have a number of members who are incredible freelance artists, printers, designers, and more. You can see members who are available for taking on commission work and their contact details below. When you reach out to available members about your project, it is very helpful if you include as much information and any details you have like:

  • Description of the Project: (ie Poster, stationery, zine, etc.)

  • Type of printing, if known: (letterpress printing, screenprinting, etc.)

  • Size of prints: (4x6”, 11x17” etc.)

  • Quantity: (25/ 50/100/ 300/500 etc)

  • Colors: (red, black, pantone 875, etc.)

  • Deadline: (allowing at least 2 weeks -1 month of lead time is very helpful)

*(If you are a previous client of ours and are interested in working with us on an already established custom printing project, please reach out to us via email.)

Want to learn how to print your own work? A Custom Workshop would be just the ticket.
This is perfect for those of you who want to get your hands dirty and learn about the process of printing. We’ll pair you with an Established Printer to teach you what you need to know to print your project yourself! Check out our workshops page for more information.

Our Micro-Commissions option is excellent for those of you who have an idea for a simple custom postcard or greeting card that you’d like us to design and letterpress print, and you only need 25! We made this service JUST FOR YOU!

Printers Without Margins can help you out if you have a project specifically designed for social justice efforts and activism.
Please see our Printers Without Margins page for more information.

JAIME WING

I specialize in wood block prints, carved and printed by hand. I can combine letterpress text with wood block imagery, and I am known for my silver ink prints on dark paper. I can make fully customized images for commemorative posters, fine art prints, greeting cards and more!

Contact me at artist@jaimewing.com or www.wingedprints.com

Maggie Fiori

I make bright, glowing relief prints using layers of color and playful figures that speak to the heart, often adding letterpress text. I can fully customize a hand-carved block with several colors to make an edition of prints, or for a softer, more painterly image, I can use monotype to create a single unique print. I can print any short text in letterpress on its own or add it to custom imagery. Send me your ideas and hopes for an invite, poster, writing, card, gift, etc and I can see if we'd be a good fit!
